Join us for this exhilirating adrenaline-pumping Krav Maga class, where you will be taught the first steps of the Israeli self-defence art.

Krav Maga combines the most effective techniques from boxing, wrestling, judo, karate and aikido.

The first principle is avoiding confrontation when possible, teaching de-escalation and awareness techniques.

If a fight is unavoidable, Krav Maga teaches how to not only defend yourself but to actively fight back by identifying weak points and prioritizing speed and efficiency.
